Payment Options:
We accept VISA, MC, American Express, Paypal, money orders, and cashier’s
checks (please note: it is not necessary for you to "join" Paypal
in order to make your purchase via Paypal). If paying by VISA, MC, or
American Express, please contact us directly by e-mail at customerservice@theaccessoryshoppe.com
or by phone at (904) 386-1983. If paying by money order or cashier’s
check, your merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Please
make money orders or cashier’s checks payable to The Accessory
Shoppe and mail to:

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be calculated at the rate of 7% for orders delivered within
the state of Mississippi.
Shipping:
Orders will be shipped Monday – Friday via UPS or USPS. All in-stock
items will be sent within 24-hours of placing your order unless otherwise
notified. If an item is incorrectly listed as being in-stock, we will
notify you immediately that it is unavailable and provide you with the
option to cancel the order, keep the order open until the item is available,
or select other merchandise.
Free shipping will be provided on orders over $75 unless the order is unusually large/bulky or heavy. The Accessory Shoppe may select the carrier (either USPS or UPS) with which the items will be shipped free.
Returns:
If you do not absolutely love the merchandise you have ordered (although
we are sure you will), please contact us within 4 days of receipt in
order to exchange or return the item(s). Upon authorization, you will
be issued a return code. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the
buyer. If you are returning the merchandise for a refund, you will
be refunded the cost of the item(s) less a 20% restocking fee (original
shipping costs are non-refundable). There is no restocking fee for
merchandise exchanges. All returned merchandise must be unused
and in the original packages. Please note that we do not accept
responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
Should you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within
4 days of receipt. As all items are inspected prior to shipping, damage
will be rare unless it is due to a shipping concern. If the item was
damaged in shipment, please keep the damaged container and packing materials
so that we may contact the shipper.
